The garage is a 4-level pre-cast structure designed with 18-metre-wide parking modules, a feature stair tower near the existing north station entrance, and two ancillary stair towers servicing the P1 to P4 levels of the facility. The parking structure design and layout accommodate the future installation of an additional two levels of parking.

The scope also included signage, CCTV, surface lot lighting and PA, electrical wiring, lighting, controls, an emergency power generator, and mechanical systems. Site improvements included new asphalt paving, landscaping, concrete curbs, and walkways. Due to the open-air design, we installed a dry fire protection sprinkler system to meet building code requirements.
