Kenaidan’s IMS ensures that our performance as a construction services provider exceeds our customer’s expectations, and we continue to excel and improve. We work hard to achieve excellence, and our comprehensive IMS demonstrates that achievement and our commitment.
These ISO certifications ensure that our IMS is effectively implemented and continuously enhanced.
Quality Management System
Our quality management system consists of a series of manuals incorporating policies and procedures that focus on every facet of our business. The system integrates all processes required for its proper implementation, from information management and provision of resources to production processes, quality assurance, quality control activities, analysis, reporting and improvement processes.
Environmental Management System (EMS)
Kenaidan recognizes that protecting the environment is one of our corporate responsibilities. It is a guiding principle in the operation of our business and a key component in measuring our business performance and success. We are committed to providing a quality service that minimizes our potential impact on the environment and reduces our carbon footprint. Based on our LEED® project experience over the years, LEED® requirements are incorporated into our Environmental Management System. We demonstrated this environmental responsibility approach in constructing our head office facility; it opened in 2015 and achieved LEED® Gold certification.
Health and Safety Management System
Kenaidan’s health and safety management system outlines practical and effective measures that are in place to protect the health and safety of our employees, customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and the general public. It ensures all workplace parties comply with the Occupational Health & Safety Act and other applicable regulatory requirements.
