Kenaidan’s Leadership College was a wonderful opportunity to experience both professional and personal growth. The comprehensive, carefully curated curriculum is insightful and practical and can be quickly applied to regular everyday interactions. The program also focuses on relationship building and networking and provides the opportunity for participants to experience Kenaidan by completing work rotations through multiple departments. I am grateful for the opportunity that was offered with the Leadership College, the relationships developed, and my understanding of Kenaidan as a business, as I carry this forward as my career advances.

As a participant in the Leadership College, I got a firsthand look at the way Kenaidan invests in its employees. A fun, challenging, and insightful environment, the Leadership College provides an in-depth look at the various departments within Kenaidan and their interdependency, as well as aiding in the development of critical managerial skills such as communication and conflict resolution. In addition to networking and developing new relationships, the Leadership College has provided me with the tools I need to reach the next level of my career.

There are many takeaways with my time here at Kenaidan. I’ve learned countless valuable lessons, both personal and professional, with the help of the Kenaidan team around me.

Technical skills are learned hands on while on site, while soft skills were taught in internal programs, namely from the leadership college. This 3-year program has helped me hone soft skills such as presentations, leadership and managing communication skills.

I am grateful that someone saw something in me when I was nominated into the program. I learned a lot and was lucky to have a great mentor. This is an important program, and it keeps getting better. Participants in the Field Leaders in Training program were involved and engaged. They are motivating each other, creating strong teamwork.
